Lead time is 14-21 business days (M-F) do not count weekends. 

You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. Please take note it is the buyers responsibility to request insurance if they wish. 

I can not be held responsible for any items lost with out insurance added. 
All items come with a tracking number that will show if an item is delivered. 
All packages are scanned by the post office once they are delivered.
Please take note I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen mail unless you have insurance on your package.

To send a gift and edit your Paypal shipping address to ship to gift recipient.

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click My Account at the top of the page.
3. Click Profile at the top of the page.
4. Click Street Address under Account Information.

To edit an address, select the address and click Edit. Enter the edits and click Save.

To add an address click Add address at the bottom of the page. Enter the new address and click Save. Click on GIFT

I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or misdirected mail. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their Paypal address is correct, I print my mailing labels on Paypal.
I make every effort to create and ship your items as quickly as possible, if there is a delay I will notify you as to how long the wait will be.

Please know that I always work my FULL capacity to maintain the estimated business days production time through the busiest holiday season. Please always check out the shop announcement area for the most current production time.

Each order is important to me so please allow time for your handmade item....

I normally get items out sooner, but I am one person and if my order volume is high then it may take me an extra few days to make.. again I normally get them out sooner then normal lead time .. .. Holidays and Weekends do not count as business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

SORRY ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL!!!

Can I return my piece?

Because each piece is custom, we do NOT issue refunds or EXCHANGES. We also do NOT offer refunds for shipping charges. 

Items that are custom made or special ordered just for you are not returnable.
All sales are final. 
Once a custom order has been placed, production is notified and in effect. Cancellation of a custom order within 24 hours of placing the order is subject to a 15% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations over 48 hours.

Can I cancel my order before you begin production?

If we have not started production of your piece we can suspend your order. However we will issue a store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.


If a refund has been offered to you it will be minus shipping fees paid and 40% of the purchase price to partially cover materials that were used in making your custom item. The item must be returned to me prior to any refund being processed. This policy is on a case by case basis.

Items must be in new, unaltered condition and in its original packaging. Salem Sisters Tie Dye Co. is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. 

If you have purchased a ready made (not personalized) item from my shop and you are not completely satisfied with the item please contact me. Ready made items (not personalized) can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped within 5 days of you receiving the item. 

If a mistake has been made by you and the item has been stamped it will be at your expense to have a new item stamped if that is what you choose to do.

If I have made an error on your item please let me know and I will correct it as quickly as possible (I am not a machine so occasionally this does happen). If a mistake has been made by me and you decide that you do not want it corrected and you opt for a refund your refund will be minus shipping fees paid once the item is returned to me.

Salem Sisters Tie Dye Co.  is not responsible for items tarnishing PLEASE polish your items.

When giving jewelry as a gift to a child, PLEASE NOTE you assume FULL responsibility of the child's wear and use of the item.

We care about your little ones safety, accidents can occur. It is VERY IMPORTANT to supervise all children under the age of 12 years, while they wear jewelry. Do not allow small children to put jewelry in their mouth. All jewelry contains small parts.
